| Olga was a dear friend whom I admired greatly. I think she would be very much in sync with the art gallery in Washington that I have just opened, CHARLES KRAUSE/REPORTING FINE ART (www.charleskrausereporting.com), focusing on art that has influenced, or been influenced by, the great political and social upheavals of the 20th and 21st Centuries. I cherish the original paintings of hers that she gave me and hope one day to curate an exhibit of her work in my gallery. I have lost touch with her family but would welcome the opportunity to hear from them in the near future. My best, Charles |

| I love Olga's rugs and tapestries. I have collected several of them after location them on eBay. It is possible that my husband's family is related to Olga. I was lucky enough to visit with Margara and her daughters while in Quito about 7 years ago. I loved the Olga Fisch gallery and was able to bring back some beautiful pieces (including an amazing vintage Ecuadorian necklace that truly one of a kind). I hope to be back someday and explore more of Ecuador. |

My parents were friends of Olga Fisch and my father was responsible for shipping the 5 large rugs to the UN. My wife and I visited Olga last in 1972, The rugs are the Caballito series.
